The Tracked Jetting Reel Production line is in full swing here this week.
The TJR1000 is a self-propelled machine intended to transport and handle a high-pressure water hose extension for cleaning drains and culverts.
The main components of the TJR consist of
• Powerpack and Tracking Assembly – An assembly of a diesel engine driving hydraulic pumps connected to a pair of hydraulically driven tracks.
• Hose Reel – A hydraulically driven hose reel fitted with a manually operated hydraulic lever valve with speed control
KEY FEATURES
• 1 ¼” swivel and pipe work to reduce friction loss
• Reel capable of holding 240mtr of 1” sewer jetting hose
• Hydraulic valve chest for reel in/out with speed control
• Free wheel function also available
• 1” and 1 ¼” towing points provided for supply hose
• Additional safety features including hose reel control guard
